- 1.1: Everything we do, say, sell or supply is covered by our terms and conditions.
- 1.2: You are not committed until we confim your order.
- 1.3: There is a 7 day “I’ve changed my mind” period.
- 1.4: We can change these terms in the future.

- 2.1: You can confirm the description and the price of your goods on our Web site.
- 2.2: If we are unable to supply your system exactly as specified we will ask you what you wish to do, use alternatives or get a refund.
- 2.3: If we make a pricing error we will ask you if the correct price is acceptable, if it isn’t we will give you a refund.
- 2.4: There are no hidden charges.
- 2.5: Images are displayed for illustrative purposes only.

- 3.1: Payment methods are shown on the order pages.

- 4.1: You specify the delivery address.
- 4.2: You can pay a little bit extra to specify a delivery time period.
- 4.3: If you’re not in when your goods are delivered, the courier will advise you on what do next.
- 4.4: We want you to enjoy your system as soon as possible, but sometimes there are unavoidable delays.
- 4.5: Once delivered, you are responsible for looking after your system.
- 4.6: Check the goods before signing for them and if they are damaged write it on the delivery sheet.

- 5.1: There is a 7 day “I’ve changed my mind” period. Please see 13 of the Distance Selling Regulations 2000 for exceptions.
- 5.2: If you want to cancel, you must email us as soon as possible.
- 5.3: If you cancel you are responsible for returning the goods to us.
- 5.4: We will refund any funds back to your credit card within 30 days.
- 5.5: We can’t refund the cost of delivery once your goods have been delivered.
- 5.6: If you open or activate software we will be unable to refund the cost of those items.
- 5.7: If you break the terms of cancellation you may not be entitled to cancel.
- 5.8: We may decide to offer a refund regardless of our terms.

- 6.1: We don’t replace longer manufacturer’s warranties with one year third party warranties.
- 6.2: Because we take advantage of the manufacturer’s warranty, they stipulate the terms.
- 6.3: If something becomes damaged due to fair wear and tear, willful damage or accident it won’t be covered by the warranty.
- 6.4: If something becomes damaged under warranty let us know as soon as possible.
- 6.5: If you return an item as faulty with nothing wrong with it we will charge you £45+VAT for collecting, processing and returning the item.
- 6.6: We will cover the cost of collection and delivery of faulty items during the first year.
- 6.7: If the goods are delivered damaged you must tell us within 3 working days.
- 6.8: If something breaks due to you opening the case and messing around inside it won’t be covered by the warranty.
- 6.9: If something goes wrong let us know, if you involve someone else you will void your warranty.

- 7.1: We use a military strength encrypted secure server system provided by a third party who are soley responsible for data security.
- 7.2: We don’t pass on your details to anyone not directly related to your order.
- 7.3: When we transmit your payment details we use a secure encrypted connection. In fact, we use a secure connection for every transmission to and from our secure order site.
- 7.4 Your payment details will be securely stored on the Sage Pay system.
